Sec. 1. (a) The state chemist shall publish at least annually, in a form that the state chemist considers proper, information concerning the following:

1. (1) The sales of manure based fertilizers, including any data on sales that the state chemist considers advisable.
2. (2) The results of the analyses conducted under 355 IAC 10-6 based on official samples of manure based fertilizers sold within the state compared with the analysis guaranteed under 355 IAC 10-3.

(b) The information published by the state chemist concerning the sale of manure based fertilizers:

1. (1) must show separately the fall season and spring season of each year; and
2. (2) may not disclose the operations of any person.
