Sec. 23. A distribution from an annuity savings account is deemed to have occurred as of the date on the distribution check. If the member fails to negotiate the check within one hundred eighty (180) days from issuance, the amount of the check will be transferred to an administrative account within the member's respective defined contribution plan.
