Sec. 4. For purposes of permissible in service distributions as provided in 35 IAC 1.2-5, a member's normal retirement age is the age and service requirements necessary to be eligible for a normal, unreduced benefit for the member's particular fund. This section applies to all of the funds administered by INPRS.
