Sec. 1. The public employees' retirement fund of Indiana, created under IC 5-10.3-2-1 (hereinafter referred to as the fund or PERF) shall be administered by its board of trustees (hereinafter referred to as the board), which includes the implementation of IC 5-10.1, IC 5-10.2, and IC 5-10.3.
