Sec. 3. (a) A participant may withdraw the participant's contributions and earnings subject to the provisions of IC 5-10.4-8-11 and IC 5-10.4-8-12 and this rule.

(b) A participant who has not reached normal retirement age is entitled to withdraw the vested portion of the participant's account thirty (30) days after the participant has terminated service in a covered position and with the employer.
