Sec. 6. (a) The provisions of 35 IAC 14-6-3, as applicable to the annuity savings account, shall apply to the plan.

(b) Participation service and plan benefits will be governed by the provisions of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA).
