Sec. 3. (a) The board adopts and incorporates by reference the following:

1. (1) The following provisions of the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, National Scrapie Eradication Program, Scrapie Program Standards Volume 1, effective April 25, 2019:

   1. (A) Part II (N) Movement Restrictions.
   2. (B) Part VII – Epidemiology.
2. (2) 9 CFR 54.8 and 9 CFR 54.9, in effect on January 1, 2020.

Where provisions of the National Scrapie Eradication Program, Scrapie Program Standards Volume 1 conflict with this article, the express provisions of this article shall control.

(b) Copies of the National Scrapie Eradication Program, Scrapie Program Standards Volume 1 may be obtained from the office of the state veterinarian.
