Sec. 39. "Single cervical test" or "SCT" means the intradermal injection of one-tenth (0.1) milliliter of United States Department of Agriculture bovine PPD tuberculin in the mid-cervical region with the reading by visual observation and palpation between sixty-six (66) and seventy-eight (78) hours following injection.
