Sec. 13. "Caudal fold tuberculin test" or "CFT test" means the intradermal injection of one-tenth (0.1) milliliter of United States Department of Agriculture bovine purified derivative (PPD) tuberculin into either side of the caudal fold with reading by visual observation and palpation between sixty-six (66) and seventy-eight (78) hours following injection.
