Sec. 8. The state veterinarian may take any of the following actions against a hunting preserve or other individual that violates any provision of this rule:

1. (1) Suspend or revoke the following:

   1. (A) A hunting preserve license.
   2. (B) An authorization to issue special hunting permits issued under section 3(b) of this rule.
   3. (C) A special hunting permit.
2. (2) Issue compliance orders.
3. (3) Impose a monetary penalty under IC 15-17-18-12.
4. (4) Any other action authorized by law.
