Sec. 1. The definitions in IC 15-21 and the following definitions apply throughout this rule:

1. (1) "Board" means the Indiana state board of animal health established by IC 15-17-3.
2. (2) "State veterinarian" means the state veterinarian appointed under IC 15-17-4.
