Sec. 2. The definitions in IC 15-17-2 and the following definitions apply throughout this rule:

1. (1) "Anthrax" means Bacillus anthracis.
2. (2) "Quarantine" means limiting, including prohibiting, movement onto or off of a premises or into or out of a facility.
3. (3) "State veterinarian" means the state veterinarian appointed under IC 15-17-4 and all authorized representatives.
