Sec. 5. "Mobile facility" means machinery, equipment, or vehicles that are used or intended to be used at more than one (1) location for the:

1. (1) separation;
2. (2) processing;
3. (3) recovery, as defined at 329 IAC 10-2-149; or
4. (4) treatment;

of PCBs in a material or waste containing PCBs.
