Sec. 1. (a) The provisions for confidentiality of hazardous waste information in 329 IAC 6.1 apply to this article.

(b) Hazardous waste information must be handled in accordance with the following applicable provisions:

1. (1) 40 CFR 260.2(c)*, as added by 79 FR 7557 through 79 FR 7558.
2. (2) 40 CFR 260.2(d)*, as added by 82 FR 60900.
