Sec. 5. (a) All hazardous waste management permits issued by the U.S. EPA pursuant to 40 CFR 270 shall be called in within one hundred eighty (180) days after final authorization of the Indiana hazardous waste management program pursuant to 40 CFR 271.

(b) These federally issued permits shall be reviewed and, if determination is made to issue, reissued as final (state) permits pursuant to this rule.
