Sec. 1. (a) Except as provided otherwise in section 2 of this rule, owners and operators of hazardous waste facilities operating under a standardized permit must comply with 40 CFR 267*, as amended by:
(b) For purposes of this article, a reference to any part of 40 CFR 267 means the version referenced in subsection (a).
