Sec. 43. "Short term electronic waste collection and storage" means any activity that lasts less than ten (10) consecutive calendar days:

1. (1) involving the collection of e-waste that is not on the premises of a registered facility; and

2. (2) in which all e-waste that has been collected is removed and transported within five (5) business days after the collection to:

   1. (A) a properly registered or permitted facility; or
   2. (B) an appropriate facility out of state.
