Sec. 4. (a) The owner or operator of a waste tire storage site may use a single financial assurance mechanism to meet the financial assurance requirements for:

1. (1) more than one (1) waste tire storage site; and
2. (2) any waste tire transporters also registered by the owner or operator.

(b) Evidence of financial assurance submitted to the department to comply with this section must include a list showing, for each facility or waste tire transporter:

1. (1) the registration number of the waste tire storage site or waste tire transporter;
2. (2) name and address of the waste tire storage site or waste tire transporter; and
3. (3) the amount of funds available in the financial mechanism.

(c) The amount of funds available through the mechanism must be not less than the sum of funds that would be available if a separate mechanism had been established and maintained for each waste tire storage site or waste tire transporter.
