Sec. 8. A certificate of registration issued to a waste tire transporter under this rule expires on the earlier of the following dates:

1. (1) Five (5) years after the date the certificate is issued unless a renewal application is submitted to the department in accordance with section 10 of this rule.
2. (2) The date the department notifies the waste tire transporter under 329 IAC 15-5-12(b) that financial assurance is no longer required to be maintained.
