Sec. 6. (a) The owner or operator of a CCR unit shall comply with the requirements for record keeping, notification, and posting of information to the Internet under 40 CFR 257.105 through 40 CFR 257.107*, as amended in subsection (b).

(b) In 40 CFR 257.105, all plans must be approved by the department.
