Sec. 1. The purpose of this article is to establish policies, procedures, requirements, and standards to implement IC 13-19-1. This article is being promulgated for the purpose of protecting and enhancing the quality of Indiana's environment and protecting the public health, safety, and well-being of its citizens. This article establishes a used oil management program that is consistent with federal requirements in 40 CFR 279.
