Sec. 1. Persons, generators, owners, or operators disposing of mobile homes or structures or residue must make a waste determination and dispose as applicable at either of the following:

1. (1) A facility permitted in Indiana under the following:

   1. (A) 329 IAC 3.1.
   2. (B) 329 IAC 4.1.
   3. (C) 329 IAC 10.
   4. (D) Incinerators permitted under 329 IAC 11.
   5. (E) 329 IAC 13.
2. (2) An appropriate facility out of state.
