Sec. 47.3. "Trust fund" means a fund established by a permittee, for the benefit of the department and held by a financial institution licensed by Indiana, as the trustee with a fiduciary responsibility to carry out the terms of the trust, as prescribed for solid waste land disposal facilities at 329 IAC 10-39-2(a)(1).
