Sec. 44.9. "Surety bond" means a contract by which a surety company engages to be answerable for the default or debts of a permittee on responsibilities relating to closure or post-closure care, and agrees to satisfy these responsibilities if the permittee does not, in accordance with the terms prescribed for land disposal facilities at 329 IAC 10-39-2(a)(2)(B) through 329 IAC 10-39-2(a)(2)(E).
