Sec. 2. Waste that generates fugitive dust or fugitive particulate matter must be managed in a way that does not violate any of the following:

1. (1) The rules of the air pollution control board at 326 IAC 6-4 for fugitive dust.
2. (2) The rules of the air pollution control board at 326 IAC 6-5 for fugitive particulate matter, including 326 IAC 6-5-4(g) for control measures for solid waste handling.
