Sec. 7.5. "Biosolid containing an industrial waste product" means a biosolid where one (1) of the following conditions apply:

1. (1) The industrial waste product contains domestic sewage or material described under section 7(a)(1) or 7(a)(2) of this rule and is generated from one (1) source or generator.
2. (2) The industrial waste product contains blends of industrial waste products and biosolids from different sources or generators.
