Sec. 1. This rule (327 IAC 5-5) establishes criteria and standards for the imposition of technology-based treatment requirements in permits under 327 IAC 5-2-10, including the application of EPA-promulgated effluent limitations and standards under sections 301(b) and 306 of the CWA, and case-by-case determinations of effluent limitations under section 402(a)(1) of the CWA.
