Sec. 6. When an SMV is issued under this rule, the SMV shall be incorporated as a condition of the applicant's NPDES permit through issuance, renewal, or modification of the NPDES permit. The SMV remains in effect until the NPDES permit expires under IC 13-14-8-9. The NPDES permit shall include the requirements of the PMPP and any applicable interim discharge limitation.
