Sec. 17. (a) Inverted siphons shall have:

1. (1) not less than two (2) barrels; and
2. (2) a minimum pipe size of six (6) inches in diameter.

(b) The minimum design velocity, at average flow, shall be three (3) feet per second measured at a point immediately preceding the outlet.
