Sec. 1. This article ( 327 IAC 3) prescribes definitions, policies, procedures, and technical criteria for the following programs: the issuance of permits for the construction of water pollution treatment/control facilities; agency approval of completed construction prior to use; the issuance of permits for the operation of water pollution treatment/control facilities; and miscellaneous administrative provisions.
