Sec. 2. (a) The applicant shall submit plot maps of the location proposed for approval consisting of the following:

1. (1) A United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service soil survey map.
2. (2) A United States Geological Survey topographical map that includes identification of any public water supply wells and public water supply surface intake structures within one thousand (1,000) feet of the manure storage facilities.

(b) The maps in subsection (a) must be legible and clearly show the following:

1. (1) The location of the waste management systems.
2. (2) The boundaries of the property of the CFO.
3. (3) The boundaries of livestock and poultry production areas.
4. (4) The boundaries and owners of all manure application areas.
5. (5) Available acreage for manure application after calculation of setbacks.

These maps will satisfy the requirement for maps under section 5(a)(3) of this rule.
