Sec. 33. (a) "Process wastewater" means water directly or indirectly used in the operation of the AFO for any or all of the following:

1. (1) Spillage or overflow from animal or poultry watering systems.

2. (2) Washing, cleaning, or flushing any of the following:

   1. (A) Pens.
   2. (B) Barns.
   3. (C) Manure pits.
   4. (D) Other AFO facilities.
3. (3) Direct contact swimming, washing, or spray cooling of animals.
4. (4) Dust control at the production area.

(b) The term includes any water that comes into contact with or is a constituent of any raw materials, products, or byproducts, including the following:

1. (1) Manure.
2. (2) Litter.
3. (3) Feed.
4. (4) Milk.
5. (5) Eggs.
6. (6) Bedding.
