Sec. 1. In accordance with IC 5-14-3-4(a), the following types of information shall not be determined to be confidential:

1. (1) Effluent data.
2. (2) A standard or limitation.
3. (3) Information that deals with the existence, absence, or level of contaminants in drinking water.
