Sec. 9. (a) The owner or operator of a wood furniture manufacturing operation using a control system to fulfill the requirements of this rule is subject to the reporting requirements of section 6(c)(3)(B)(ii)(GG) of this rule.

(b) On or before May 1, 1996, the owner or operator of a wood furniture manufacturing operation shall submit to the department the following:

1. (1) The continuous compliance plan required by section 5 of this rule.
2. (2) The initial compliance report for sources using add-on controls as required by section 6(b)(3) of this rule.

(c) The owner or operator of a wood furniture manufacturing operation subject to this rule and demonstrating compliance in accordance with section 6(a)(1) or 6(a)(2) of this rule shall submit a semiannual report covering the previous six (6) months of wood furniture manufacturing operations according to the following schedule:

1. (1) The first report shall be submitted thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the first six (6) month period following the compliance date.
2. (2) Subsequent reports shall be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of each six (6) month period following the first report.
3. (3) Each semiannual report shall include the information required by section 6(c) of this rule, a statement of whether the wood furniture manufacturing operation was in compliance or noncompliance, and, if the wood furniture manufacturing operation was not in compliance, the measures taken to bring the wood furniture manufacturing operation source into compliance.
