Sec. 7. If emission limitations set forth in this article ( 326 IAC 8) conflict with military specifications, the owner or operator of a source may petition the commissioner to have military specifications be the controlling limitation. If the commissioner approves the petition, the modified limitation shall be submitted to the U.S. EPA as a SIP revision.
