Sec. 18. State Line Energy, LLC, Source Identification Number 00210, shall comply with the sulfur dioxide emission limits in pounds per million British thermal units (MMBtu) and pounds per hour as follows:

1. (1) The Auxiliary Emergency Generator shall be limited to three-tenths (0.3) pound per MMBtu and one and thirty-five hundredths (1.35) pounds per hour.
2. (2) Boiler 3 shall be limited to one and two-tenths (1.2) pounds per MMBtu and two thousand five hundred fifty-six (2,556) pounds per hour.
3. (3) Boiler 4 shall be limited to one and two-tenths (1.2) pounds per MMBtu and four thousand fifty-four and eight-tenths (4,054.8) pounds per hour.
