Sec. 1. This rule shall apply to the following sources of PM10 emissions located in Lake County:

1. (1) Any source listed in 326 IAC 6.8-2.
2. (2) All sources of fugitive particulate emissions to which 326 IAC 6.8-10-1(a) applies.
3. (3) Any source that is identified by the department in a culpability study as causing or contributing to an exceedance or violation of the PM10 standard.
4. (4) Any other source with potential PM10 emissions equal to or greater than ten (10) tons per year.
