Sec. 5. (a) GM Components Holdings, LLC in Howard County shall meet the following requirements:

(b) The gas fired boilers located at Stacks 1, 3, and 4 at GM Components Holdings, LLC, identified in subsection (a) as one hundred percent (100%) natural gas burners, shall burn only natural gas.
