Sec. 4. Indiana Michigan Power, Tanners Creek Plant in Dearborn County, source identification number 00002, shall meet the following emission limits:

1. (1) Combined particulate matter emissions from Boilers 1, 2, and 3 shall be limited to:

   1. (A) ninety-thousandths (0.090) pound per million British thermal units; and
   2. (B) one thousand five hundred eighty-one and eighty-hundredths (1,581.80) tons per year.

2. (2) Particulate matter emissions from Boiler 4 shall be limited to:

   1. (A) one-tenth (.1) pound per million British thermal units; and
   2. (B) two thousand one hundred four (2,104) tons per year.
