Sec. 1. (a) The provisions of this rule apply to each facility that is engaged, either in part or in whole, in the manufacture of wood furniture or wood furniture components and that is located at a plant site that is a major source as defined in Section 112 of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments.

(b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart JJ*, National Emission Standards for Wood Furniture Manufacturing Operations, with the exception of the following sections:

1. (1) 40 CFR 63.804(f)(4)(iv)(D) and (E)*, establishing alternative operating parameters for carbon adsorbers and control devices not listed in the rule.
2. (2) 40 CFR 63.804(g)(4)(iii)(C)*, establishing alternative monitoring parameters for carbon adsorbers.
3. (3) 40 CFR 63.804(g)(4)(vi) and 63.804(g)(6)(vi)*, establishing alternative monitoring parameters for control devices not listed in the rule.
4. (4) 40 CFR 63.805(a)*, establishing alternative methods for determining volatile hazardous air pollutant content of coatings.
5. (5) 40 CFR 63.805(d)(2)(V)*, establishing alternative methods for performance tests.
6. (6) 40 CFR 63.805(e)(1)*, establishing case by case approval for permanent total enclosures.
