Sec. 5. Any industrial or commercial source of abrasive cleaning operations may elect to be subject to this section by complying with the requirements of section 1 of this rule and the following:

1. (1) Request a source specific operating agreement under this section.
2. (2) All abrasive cleaning operations shall be totally enclosed.
3. (3) Emissions of particulate matter shall not exceed one-hundredth (0.01) grain per actual cubic foot per minute.
4. (4) Air flow shall not exceed forty thousand (40,000) actual cubic feet per minute.
5. (5) The source shall maintain records on the types of air pollution control devices used at the source and the operation and maintenance manuals for those devices.
