Sec. 1. The following shall be exempt from the requirements of this rule:

1. (1) New sources that meet the criteria for an exemption under 326 IAC 2-1.1-3 or not specifically required to obtain a registration or permit under this rule.
2. (2) Existing sources operating pursuant to a permit issued under 326 IAC 2-6.1, 326 IAC 2-7, or 326 IAC 2-8.
3. (3) Existing sources operating pursuant to a source specific operating agreement under 326 IAC 2-9.
4. (4) Existing sources operating pursuant to a permit by rule under 326 IAC 2-10 or 326 IAC 2- 11.
