Sec. 1. This rule applies to persons who provide an approved initial or refresher training course for the purpose of licensing persons under this article. Those training course providers currently holding a valid Indiana letter of approval, per discipline, are considered approved per discipline under this rule until the expiration date as stated on each letter of approval.
