Sec. 3. Upon direct notification by the commissioner or authorized representative that a specific air pollution episode level is in effect, all operators of facilities required by the provisions of this rule ( 326 IAC 1-5) to have submitted an ERP shall immediately put into effect the actions stipulated in the approved ERP for the appropriate episode level.
