Sec. 33.2. "Grain terminal elevator" means any grain elevator which has greater than the following capacity:

1. (1) Two million five hundred thousand (2,500,000) U.S. bushels certified storage.
2. (2) Ten million (10,000,000) bushels annual grain throughput.
