Sec. 12. "Clean Air Act," or the "CAA", unless otherwise indicated, means the federal Clean Air Act, found at 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq., as amended (including the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, P.L.101-549), as indicated in 326 IAC 1-1-2.
