Sec. 1. Definitions used in this title ( 326 IAC, air pollution control rules) are set forth in this rule ( 326 IAC 1-2). These definitions are in addition to those contained in IC 13-1-1-2 [ IC 13-1 was repealed by P.L.1-1996, SECTION 99, effective July 1, 1996.] and IC 13-7-1 [ IC 13-7 was repealed by P.L.1-1996, SECTION 99, effective July 1, 1996.]. Any definitions set forth in other air pollution control rules shall be governing for that rule if there is a conflict.
