Sec. 2. Unless otherwise indicated, references in these rules [this title] to the federal Clean Air Act, the Clean Air Act, or the CAA, shall mean the federal Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq. as amended (including the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, P.L.101-549).
