Sec. 6. Except as authorized by a license, a person must not do any of the following within a corporation property:

1. (1) Molest an animal den or bird nest.
2. (2) Take, chase, or collect any wild animal, other than a groundhog.
3. (3) Prospect for gold or other similar mineral.

4. (4) Damage or collect a plant or pick flowers. Exempted from this subdivision are the following:

   1. (A) Berries.
   2. (B) Fruits.
   3. (C) Nuts.
   4. (D) Fallen cones.
   5. (E) Mushrooms.
   6. (F) Leaves.
   7. (G) Greens.

5. (5) Pick:

   1. (A) berries;
   2. (B) fruits;
   3. (C) nuts;
   4. (D) fallen cones;
   5. (E) mushrooms;
   6. (F) leaves; or
   7. (G) greens;
6. on a nature preserve.

7. (6) Damage, interfere with, or remove:

   1. (A) a work of art;
   2. (B) an artifact;
   3. (C) a rock or mineral;
   4. (D) a shipwreck;
   5. (E) an archeological site;
   6. (F) a historic site;
   7. (G) a building; or
   8. (H) a sign.

8. (7) Place or maintain a:

   1. (A) structure;
   2. (B) device;
   3. (C) ramp; or
   4. (D) sign.
9. (8) Use a metal detector.
10. (9) Rock climb or rappel.
11. (10) Collect firewood.
12. (11) Dig or excavate any material from the ground, including prospecting.
13. (12) Regardless of whether taken lawfully, sell any material taken from a corporation property.

Exempted from this section are materials taken under a license issued by the corporation that specifically authorizes the sale of the material.
