Sec. 16. (a) This section establishes a special boating zone on the St. Mary's River.

(b) A person must not operate a boat in excess of idle speed within a zone that lies between the Main Street Bridge to the confluence of the St. Mary's River, St. Joseph River, and Maumee River:

1. (1) beginning at the Main Street Bridge (16 T 655040 UTM 4549114); and
2. (2) continuing downstream to the confluence (16 T 656887 UTM 4549687).
